Error description

• Panel ADB2CRO returns "Change already exists" when change
  exists and "Replace existing change" contains '/'.
  Error message "Change already exists" is returned instead of the
  existing change being replaced.

  *                      'Replace existing change' field         *
  *                      contains a slash ('/').                 *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  An existing change should be replaced when entering a slash
  ('/') for the 'Replace existing change' option on panel
  ADB2CRO.
