Error description

• The DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS' MultiCompare process
  can receive a misleading message:
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -443, ERROR:  ROUTINE ADBCRSP (SPECIFIC NAME
  ADBCRSP) HAS RETURNED AN ERROR SQLSTATE WITH DIAGNOSTIC TEXT
  however no additional diagnostic text is available as the WLM
  used by the routine was misconfigured.

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The user was not informed to copy modules ADB9000 and ADB3000
  into their WLM environment.  The specified load module library
  program should display a message when routine ADBCRSP can not
  capture the diagnose text.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been resolved to display message ADB9426E /
  msgadb9462e to provide guidance to the customer to diagnose
  the issue.  If the call to routine ADBCRSP is encountered,
  message ADB9426E / msgadb9426e will be displayed:
  
  ADB9426E Please check the Work Load Manager (WLM)
  environment started task >wlm_environment_name< for
  additional messages and check the WLM settings.
