Multiple devices are assigned the same device ID in the database, resulting in an error such as the following: SystemErr R com.ibm.puremeap.resources.exceptions.ValidationException: FWLAC0305W: model cannot be changed from "<dev1>" to "<dev2>". where dev1 and dev2 are different device types.

Problem conclusion
