Error description
There is no error. The dialog box to save an Excel or CSV report output appears for just a second and leaves the user no time to take action. This happens only when using IBM Cognos Navigator as part of a portal page for example.
Local fix
The user has the chance to find the report in the "View downloads" area of the browser. Use Firefox instead of Microsoft IE
