Error description
Two images continue to use the default /wps/ context root after one has changed the context root to a new value. Separator.gif and editor_toolbar_gradient.gif both used to render the Rich Text Editor have a hard coded path that uses the default portal context /wps/. Therefore, after the portal context root has been changed these images will return ' 404 not found ' and the RTE will be rendered without these images. .. In an environment where a proxy server has been configured to forward the new context root and not /wps/ this can result in the LTPA token being removed from the request.
Local fix
If this issue is affecting a proxy server and the patch is not available or can not be applied configure the proxy to look for /wps/ although this will not make the images appear it will prevent the LTPA token from being removed when these images are requested.
