Error description

• Running a batch accounting TRACE with exception should produce
  a report.
  The sysin statement:
  ACCOUNTING
   TRACE
     LAYOUT(LONG)
     EXCEPTION
  results in The output "no data to return" is incorrect.

  *                      even though there must have been        *
  *                      threads that violated the threshold for *
  *                      the elapsed time class 1 field          *
  *                      (ADRECETT) the trace output was empty.  *

  Enhancements were added to also honor ROLLUP threads during
  exception processing of field ADRECETT (elapsed time class 1) in
  batch exception processing.

  threads for field ADRECETT (elapsed time class 1)
