APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Abend0C4 is caused by an error return from a STOP SPACE DB2
  command. The code is changed to always initialize the extension
  list head. This error causes this initialization to be skipped
  and when the list is accessed, the S0C4 occurs.
  Users issuing the STOP SPACE DB2 command may also see error
  CKZ61226E (V9 only) . However any error when doing a STOP SPACE
  DB2 command may cause the S0C4.
