PK58106: CUA FAILS TO COMPLETE INITIALIZATION.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The CUA address space fails to complete initialization. It will
  eventually time out with a 522 in some cases.
  
  In RKD2PAR(KD2SYSIN) the LIMIT=(17,X) does not provide enough
  storage to complete initialization
  
  PTF UA33185 increased the storage requirement for the KBB
  componenet of the engine.
  

Local fix

• In RKD2PAR(KD2SYSIN) change LIMIT=(17,X) to
  LIMIT=(18,X)

  Tivoli address space startup hangs immediately in ITMS/Engine
  initialization. The failure occurs after application of UA33185
  (FP4.IF11).
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  UA33185 and later levels of the KBB component include a main
  storage allocation for 130K, and that exceeds the configured
  limits typically found in legacy Omegamon 2 address spaces.
  The limit is increased.
