• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Based on changes made in db2 v9 to the op buffers we need to
  change how we specify the OPx buffers when activating NTH.
  .
  Once an OP buffer is reserved (i.e., has real output going to
  the buffer), a new trace can ONLY be started to the same buffer
  under the following conditions:
  
  The same thread that originally started the OP trace is the same
  thread starting a new trace to the buffer.
  
  The server log shows the following:
