Problem
If you are on a Microsoft® Windows® system, the license that you view on the License Agreement Panel, which is the panel after the welcome panel, is the IBM license. The button to view the non-IBM license is missing.
Resolving The Problem
You can find the non-IBM license file, which is named non_IBM_license.txt., in the root directory of the CD.
