PK50388: ALLOWUSERKEYCSA(NO) ENABLEMENT FOR OMEGAMON PE FOR DB2

• Closed as unreproducible in next release.

Error description

• A new parameter has been added to z/OS 1.8 which prevents
  programs running in storage protect key 8 from obtaining CSA
  storage.
  The DB2 TEMA and others have been using ECSA storage for cross
  memory communications while in key 8. This storage must be
  changed to key 7.
  This APAR is to make the changes to various components in the
  OMEGAMON Server to allow running with the z/OS ALLOWUSERCSAKEY
  set to NO.
