Resolving The Problem
Program: D:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\bin\Apache.exe
What the customer probably has done is add classes from the Filenet\Content Engine\fnk_catclient.dll, which includes the Entire Network class. A black box trace would possibly show an error creating an instance of the Entire Network class just prior to the Apache service crashing during Workplace login.
What they need to do is delete the components and reregister the fnk_catclient.dll. After this, the Workplace should function as normal.
