• ABEND0C1 (branch to various bad locations) after RACF failed
  RECON access as a result of insufficient authority.

  Abend 0C1 when RECON access is denied. RECONs are protected by
  RACF. The user did not have sufficient access authority.
  

Problem conclusion

• Return codes are now checked and a message is displayed
  stating that the RECON could not be accessed.
