This APAR is correcting the following problems:
DSP0246I Invalid DSSN during GENJCL.RECOV for HALDB.
S23E abend during IMS shutdown.
Not detecting new IMS subsystem starting when reorganizing HALDB
Reload ending with RC=4 for empty DB.
SHISAM database reload error
Empty database gets RC4 during reload, causing ORF to stop
Support of HCMA V3 online conversion and maintenance
