PI92432: ENHANCEMENT TO OPTIONALLY ALLOW IMAGE COPIES CREATED IN PREVIOUSVERSIONS TO BE USED FOR RECOVERY.

Error description

• Before the enhancement, DB2 Recovery Expert does not allow any
  image copies created for versions different from the one
  actually being recovered to be used for Recovery.
  For instance, in this scenario:
  1. Create an image copy for an object
  2. ALTER the object
  3. Perform some other DB2 activities
  4. Recover to point in time right after step #2
  In this case, DB2 Recovery Expert would not use the image copy
  created in step #1 for Recovery to point in time after step #2.
  To support this scenario, the following new option will be
  added to the 'Recovery Options' panel:
  Allow copies from previous versions  ==> N  (Yes/No)
