Error description
In Rational Developer for z Systems (RDz) v9.5.1.6, during code review of a COBOL source, the COBOL Application Model (CAM) when referencing variables within a nested program will result in an invalid CRRZV0207E error message

Problem summary
When analyzing a program with multiple nested programs using a custom COBOL code rule, reference resolution error messages may be issued.
Problem conclusion
Modified the code that populates the CAM API model to properly handle global symbol references in nested programs. The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with IBM Rational Developer for z Systems V9.5.1.7 Fix Pack which is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page: http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=2294&uid=swg27006335
