  ORF sample job HRFCAPJ1, which enables the CICS and ODBA
  applications pause feature, fails with RC=8 after the
  maintenance for IMS V13 APAR PI79919 is applied.
  

Problem conclusion

• When the HRFCAPJ1 job builds the CICS and ODBA applications
  pauser module, the HRFYINST program parses IMS source member
  DFSDASP0 and internally makes required modifications before
  assembling it. In IMS V13 APAR PI79919, IMS source member
  DFSDASP0 has been modified and it causes the HRFYINST program to
  fail to parse the member correctly, which results in RC=8 from
  the HRFCAPJ1 job due to an assemble error.
  This APAR modifies the HRFYINST program so that it can parse the
  DFSDASP0 member correctly regardless of whether the maintenance
  for IMS V13 APAR PI79919 is applied or not.
