PI89683: DR PREP DOES NOT PROCESS ALL THE ACTIVE LOGS IN MEMBERS SSIDDELCAND SSIDALLC

Error description

• When running the DR prep job for a subsystem with more than 31
  active logs, the generated ssidDELC and ssidALLC members do not
  contain all of the active logs.  The BSDS reader module is not
  reading all of the active log records.
