Error description

• Issue is demonstrated in Dashboard using Map visualization World
  Map renders and when user hovers mouse pointer over country area
  mouse pointer changes from arrow to hand and small square popup
  displays country name and related data value for that country,
  this functionality works for all of the countries listed in data
  file except for Kosovo and Namibia, when hovering mouse over
  those two countries there is no change to mouse pointer and no
  popup window is displaying.
