PI88399: DR PREP FOR V11 CM AND QUIESCED SUBSYSTEM ISSUES

Error description

• This APAR will address the following issues encountered in
  running Disaster Recovery prep:
  .
  1. For V11 CM, the REPORT RECOVERY TABLESPACE command is run
    against SYSTSCPY, should be SYSCOPY.
  .
  
  2. For V11 CM, the catalog recover job we generate ssid#JC3 we
   are using the V11 skeleton (ARYCATDB) instead of the V10
   skeleton (ARYCATDX).
  .
  3. When calculating the conditional restart value, we should
  ignore quiesced subsystems.
