  HALDB Toolkit COPYDBRC function does not check return code after
  issuing IHC01113E OPEN failed for DDname RECON1 and continues
  the next process. So COPYDBRC function ends with RC=00 even
  though IHC01113E is issued.
  In addition, the following fix has been added in this APAR:
  - PTF level is shown in IHC01000I for COPYDBRC and BACKUPDBRC
    functions.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR modifies the program so that HALDB Toolkit COPYDBRC
  function ends with RC=U0999 after issuing IHC01113E.
