APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The output fields of an UNLOAD PLUS compatible unload
  command are not enclosed as requested by the specified
  ENCLOSEDBY sub-option of the CSV format option.
  
  This affects the case where the UNLOAD statement has more
  than one SELECT statement. The output records for the first
  SELECT statement are correctly enclosed.

• split the UNLOAD statement into several UNLOAD statements with
  only one SELECT statement per UNLOAD statement.
