Error description
In Z/OS Explorer 3.0.1 / RDz 9.5.1, the client may freeze when pressing Ctrl-Space to open content assist menu. This happens using COBOL Editor and zSystem LPEX Editor.
Local fix
Problem summary
When editing certain COBOL source files and using content assist it's possible to cause a client hang.
Problem conclusion
Content assist gets into infinite recursion while processing a linked list of syntax elements because it contains a loop.
