  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR upgrades the embedded         *
  *                      WebSphere Application Server Liberty    *
  *                      profile to Version 17.0.0.3.            *
  ****************************************************************
  The embedded CICS TS Liberty JVM server requires an upgrade of
  WebSphere Application Server Liberty profile to Version
  17.0.0.3.
  
  The following two problems are also fixed by this APAR:
  
   - When using Link to Liberty CICS feature at CICS TS 5.4, if
     the feature is dynamically removed and then reinstalled into
     Liberty then an UnsatisfiedLinkException is thrown looking
     for 'com_ibm_cics_wlp_link'.
   - When using z/OS Connect EE embedded support an api directory
     is created within the JVMSERVER working directory, but a
     services directory is not. A services directory is required
     for deployment of SAR files.

  information regarding third party components, included by this

  The following defects have been solved by this APAR:
  
   - At CICS TS 5.4 - UnsatisfiedLinkException is no longer
     thrown for 'com_ibm_cics_wlp_link' when adding the CICS Link
     to Liberty feature.
   - At CICS TS 5.2 and above - z/OS Connect EE embedded support
     correctly creates the services directory.
