Error description

• When attempting to create a dashboard from an existing DQM
  package, the metadata tree fails to load and the user sees an
  error in their browser:
  
  The metadata for dataset 'package_name' did not load.  Please
  contact your administrator for details.
  
  If the HTTP request and response are analyzed in a tool like
  Fiddler or Firefox developer tools Network tab, an error can be
  seen coming back from the server which is not displayed in the
  browser:
