Problem
Is IBM® Rational® Robot supported on Microsoft® Windows® XP Home Edition?
Symptom
When attempting to install Robot on a Windows XP Home Edition system, an error is raised stating the MDAC 2.7 needs to be installed before installation can continue.
Resolving The Problem
Robot is not supported for use on Windows XP Home Edition as it requires MDAC 2.7 to be present on the system to function properly.
