Error description

• 1. Scrub utility processing of IMS Log Record 9904 DCAP
  elements is in error when a DCAP element spans multiple 9904
  log records. Add handling for the possibility of DCAP data
  split across multiple 9904 log records, where the split occurs
  within (as opposed to on) a DCAP element boundary.
  2. Diagnostic tracing in Journal Archive processing does not
  capture all Journal data set status information. Diagnostic
  tracing in Journal Archive processing adjusted to capture all
  Journal data set status information.
  This is the forward fit for APAR PI83100.
