* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: High CPU in the agent address space     *
*                      when Coupling Facility statistics are   *
*                      being collected.  Zero values for       *
*                      Change Requests, IRLM Suspends, Lock    *
*                      Requests, Unlock Requests, XES          *
*                      Suspends, and False Suspends in the     *
*                      Enhanced 3270 UI and TEP.               *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
****************************************************************
While Coupling Facility information is being collected,
additional CPU time is spent recovering from improper
control block access.  Some lock-related fields are
not assigned values.
