PI81929: IB SAS TERMINATES WITH RC=0 AFTER STRIPE DATA SET DYNALLOC FAILURE

Error description

• Index Builder subordinate address space (SAS) terminates with
  return code 0 even when a DYNALLOC macro error occurs in WTO
  capture stripe data set. It should end with non-zero return
  code.

  When DYNALLOC macro fails while Index Builder subordinate
  address space (SAS) attempts to create a new WTO capture stripe
  data set (*.SSSSSS1), the following error occurs:
  
  (1) SAS erroneously opens the stripe data set and receives
      MSGIEC130I IIUCAPTR DD STATEMENT MISSING.
  (2) SAS terminates with return code zero, which should be 12.
  (3) The master address space (MAS) reports invalid completion
      code "ABEND U0000" for the SAS.
  (4) MAS may print obsolete WTO messages in the old stripe
      data set which caused the DYNALLOC error.
  
  This APAR also corrects unprintable or incorrect characters
  on 1st and 131-133rd column on WTO Capture Summary List.
