PI81079: ORF BMP PAUSER CAN CAUSE BMP APPLICATIONS THAT VERIFY THE EXEC PARAMETERS TO FAIL

Error description

• When ORF BMP pauser is enabled, BMP applications that verify the
  program name in the EXEC parameters can fail because the BMP
  pauser is designed to replace the program name with its own
  name, 'Y$$$APPL'.
