Error description
When users login a registry entry is placed under: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VB and VBA Program Settings\FrangoController\Settings. If the client connection is not closed successfully, but forced this registry file increase in size and user is unable to login anymore. Manual delete the entries in the registry, increase the size of the registry
