Error description

• ABENDS0C4 on SQL mode unload against a partitioned table
  specifying SQLPART with PI62205 installed and the setting
  specifies ULLOCKTE = START_RO and LOCK YES applies and if either
  of the following set of conditions is true:
  
  * Set of conditions#1:
  - a partitioned table is unloaded
  - the DB2 FORCE option is requested
  - the SQLPART option is specified
  * Set of conditions#2:
  - a non-partitioned table is unloaded
  - the DB2 YES option is specified
  - an unsupported SELECT is specified
