• This APAR fixes several ORF issues that were found in internal

  This APAR fixes the following issues found in internal testing:
   - Copy phase can fail with HRF01560E RC=16 when HISAM overflow
    is updated during reorganization.
   - HALDB Toolkit MAINTAIN command with ONLINE(Y) option fails
    with "Invalid PARTNUM" error when the specified PARTNUM value
    is not fewer than the number of partitions of the HALDB.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR makes the following changes to ORF:
   - Modify the module which applies type-50 log records to shadow
    data sets so that the module can process ESDS with multiple
    records per CI
   - Modify the module that validates the specified PARTNUM value
    not to make unnecessary check on partition number when the
    module is called from HALDB Toolkit
   - Refine the message issued by ORF when ORF job is blocked by
    DLI batch jobs

  The following new message has been added:
  HRF01569A (jobname): Waiting for DLI batch jobs to finish. Reply
  'C' to cancel
  Explanation: This WTOR message is issued after message
  HRF01569I. This message indicates that the IMS Online
  Reorganization Facility job is waiting for the DLI batch jobs to
  stop.
  System action: Processing waits for the DLI batch jobs to stop.
  During the wait, the IMS Online Reorganization Facility job
  makes retry attempts in the background and deletes the WTOR
  message after all the DLI batch jobs stop.
  User response: Take one of the following actions:
   - Type 'C' to cancel the reorganization job.
   - Type nothing and wait for the listed DLI batch jobs to end,
    or manually end the DLI batch jobs so the reorganization job
    can proceed.
