Error description
Customer runs DFHDPLOY to PHASEIN a bundle across a set of AORs. Message DFHRL2416I comes up, saying that the PHASEIN cannot be done, because the bundle is not enabled in any of the CICS regions, but this is not correct. Then message DFHRL2129I lists all regions and shows two regions where the bundle was enabled, but DFHDPLOY completes unsuccessfully with RC 8.
