PI75993: REMOVE THE BRACKET RESTRICTION IN NATIVE HPU SYNTAX SPECIFYING PARTITIONS

Error description

• HPU currently can read in BMC syntax including specifying parts
  which are not enclosed in brackets:
  
  PART 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 12
  
  However HPU native syntax requires the parts to be enclosed in
  brackets.
  
  This PTF will remove the bracket restriction in native HPU
  syntax.
