PI75021: DB2 ADMIN TOOL - ADBPLANS BIND JOB 'THE CHANGE MANAGEMENT "ALLOW CHANGE DELETE"' COMMENT MAY BE MISLEADING

APAR status

Error description

• The following comment in the bind job is aimed to guide the
  users if they specify an alternative Admin plan name, the
  ADBCDCH PACKAGE List must be added to bind this plan for using
  delete change function. Actually, the bind job has supported
  adding ADBCDCH PACKAGE List into alternative plan
  automatically in current version, so no action is necessary
  for the users in this case.
  
    IF PLAN, RUNNING ADMIN, AND THE CHANGE MANAGEMENT "ALLOW
    CHANGE DELETE" IS ENABLED, THE ADBCDCH PACKAGE MUST BE
    ADDED TO PKLIST.
       E.G. PKLIST(*.ADBL.*,*.ADBCDCH.*)
  
  If the users do not specify an alternative Admin plan name,
  they do not need to care above comment because the bind job
  will generate a separate plan ADBCDCH for using delete change
  function.
  
  The content and location of above comment seems a little
  confusing and may mislead the user. This APAR to correct the
  comment content and location for usability purpose.
