Error description

• IMS Connect may send a TRIGGER FOR MESSAGE event after it has
  called the message exit for a subsequent transaction, since IMS
  Connect Extensions uses the TRIGGER to clear the status for the
  session this may cause routing errors.
  
  Summary of changes
    No longer rely on the TRIGGER FOR MESSAGE event to clear the
    session status.
