The problem happens due to a race condition that can occur when
more than one installed application is starting. This race
condition occurs during the start of the application when the
server adds the application context root in the VirtualHost map
, in this scenario only the first application succeeds and the
other gets incorrect information.

Problem conclusion

The WebContainer code has been fixed and the race condition has
been resolved.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
