Error description

  • We need to add support of the following new parameters:
    - uppercase-userid
    - uppercase-password
    - uppercase-sqlid
    - uppercase-auth (set userid, password and sqlid to whatever
      this is set to)
if specified along with uppercase-userid, uppercase-password
or uppercase-sqlid, then uppercase- overrides the default
    provided here for eg:
    uppercase-auth = true
    uppercase-password = false
would result in USERID, SQLID and Password (i.e. only the
    password is mixed case)
    Existing parameter:
    - uppercase-passwords - should behave the same as uppercase-auth
moving forward (that's its current behavior anyway and that
shouldn't be changed). uppercase- will override this just like
    uppercase-auth is overridden by uppercase-
