Error description
The RIT Proxy (http/s and tcp) in RTCP's Agent view displays a 'circle bar' indicating that no statistics are available. If you hover over the icon, Unknown activity. Observation statistics unavailable. is in the popup. We verified registration.xml had statistics set to 'on' when starting. So they stopped somehow. The statisics drop-down also reflects 'none', but we were able to select 'statistics' from the 'observation level' for that agent, and the RIT Proxy started reporting statistics again. There are screen captures of this in the PDF file I sent to IBMers via email. - the only element worth discussing is whether we should also do this for observation level of resources as this has the potential to be an ever expanding list of values.
Local fix
The customer is able to turn it back on manually.
