Problem conclusion
3DES ciphers are being removed from the default HIGH cipher list but can be added in a custom list. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 7.0.0.43, 8.0.0.13, 8.5.5.11, 9.0.0.2, and 16.0.0.4.
