Error description

When upgrading WebSphere from 8.5.5.7 to 8.5.5.9 WOLA receives
following error from OTMA:
javax.resource.ResourceException: Error on otma_open call,
RC = 8, RSN  codes 100 : 8 : 24 : 2

A resource exception with a return code 8 and reason codes
100 : 8 : 24 : 2 on an otma_open call when using WebSphere
verison 8.5.5.9 Optimized Local Adapters to connect to IMS.
The OTMA Client name can unintentionally contain an imbedded
blank which will cause the resource exception.

Problem conclusion

Updated the code to remove the embedded blank from the OTMA
Client Name.

APAR PI66463 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Packs
8.5.5.13, 8.5.5.11, and 9.0.0.3 of WebSphere Application
Server for z/OS.
