Error description

• Customer requirement to write a specified message (FUN2515I) to
  the SYSLOG as well as to CEXPRINT.
  
  Summary of changes
     A new control option MESSAGE with suboptions ADD_WTO
  and DROP_CEXPRINT, for example:
  
  >>----MESSAGE--ADD_WTO=(2515),DROP_CEXPRINT=(2515)---->><<
  
  
  The ADD_WTO suboption accepts a list of one or more message
    numbers and adds the WTO destination to each message in the
    list.
  The DROP_CEXPRINT suboption accepts a list of one or more
    message numbers and removes the CEXPRINT destination from each
    message in the list.
