Error description

• 1. Panel KD261IC is not displayed during ICAT configuration.
  Thus it's not possible to specify ISPF settings. This prevents
  member FPEJINIT from being generated in rhilev.RKD2SAM.
  2. Members OMBD<ssid>, OMBP<ssid> and OMGR<ssid> are being
  generated with the wrong Collection and Package names (KO2OM310
  instead of KO2OM410).

  2. Members OMBD<ssid>, OMBP<ssid> and OMGR<ssid> are being
  generated with the wrong Collection and Package names (KO2OM310
  instead of KO2OM410).
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Changed ICAT scripts KD261OS and KD261COS to display panel
  KD261IC.
  2. Changed ICAT script KD261SS3 to reflect correct generation of
  Collection and Package names.
