This APAR adds IMS V10 support to the DBCS Recon maintenance
function. New DBRC parms, Serial/Parallel and Static/Concurr
have been added to new DBCS V10 command panels for List and
RECON Change and Init commands.

SETUP ENVIRONMENT.
