Error description

• On panel DLC$LPRD (HAA$LPRD), when an invalid value is entered
  on the CMD line, this message is displayed:
  
  HAAM290E - Invalid value - Enter a "D" to delete job data, "S"
  to select step data, or "O" to select object data
  
  Option for BUILD (B) is not displayed as a valid value.
  The following new message will be generated:
  
     HAAM650E - Invalid value - Enter a "B" to build the job,
                "D" to delete job data, "S" to select step data,
                or "O" to select object data
