Error description

• When a IMS STAP policy has the EXCLUDE CICS option turned on,
  the IMS STAP collection process may erroneously exclude
  non-CICS region from being audited. This is due to a mis-placed
  ENDIF statement causing an incorrect branch to the audit code
  exit.
