Error description
When a visualization is built on a dashboard in CA 11.0.11, hovering over the x axis labels may prompt a tool tip window with incorrect information. This is true when the x axis contains date/time values, though is not reproducible in all cases. Hovering over the labels of the x axis shows values which do not correspond with the value the user is hovering over.
