When running IBM Rational ClearCase integration with Cadence Virtuoso the following errors can be see: db_start_trans_get_info_V3: RPC: Unable to send; errno = Broken pipe This occurs when the the db_server process is closed as idle while Virtuoso expects it to be active. Workaround: Restart the Cadence Virtuoso Workbench
