PI98152: CODE CHANGE TO PREVENT ALLOCATING AN EXISTING ARCHIVE LOG COPY DATASET

Error description

• If an archive log copy dataset already exists on the MVS catalog
  and not on ARY.ARYT_ARCHLOGS table, an entry should be inserted
  into ARY.ARYT_ARCHLOGS to prevent it from being re-allocated and
  causing duplicate name errors.
